Ingredients:
Mutton - 1kg; tomato - 1kg chopped; onion - 4pcs chopped; ginger n garlic paste - 3 tablespoons; coriander - 2 bunch chopped; green chillies - 12 - 15 finely chopped (for milder version take 6 - 8 chillies only); oil - 1 cup; salt to taste.
Method:
Pressure cook mutton, onion, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and oil till mutton is tender (12 minutes simmer after the first whistle); add chillies and coriander and fry till very little gravy left. Serve hot with chapatis.
